yeah i'm back from my OBS!day 1 - Expect the Unexpected
AMUNDSEN!
did self intro and ice breakers
check store
pitched tents
did the trust fall
me : amundsen are you ready?
amundsen : amundsen ready amundsen pull!
me : corrine falling!
amundsen :fall on!
and then belaying
me : am i on belay?
amundsen : no you're not.
*pull pull pull*
me : that's me
everyone : squeeze check! pull check! instructor check!
then we did cooking!
oh mans it's so cool
cooking rice with a normal pot leh
after dinner we planned how to build a raft
then lights out at 11pm
day 2 - Just Do It
early morning do PT
greeted everyone in the international way
it was damn damn damn cute and funny larh
then did 5BX and stuff
quite a slack PT
then went kayaking
partner-ed with claire
had so much fun doing capsize drills sia
the shallow water capsize was harder to me as compared to the deep sea capsize lorh
but that moment you're underwater was so uncomfortable mans
plus i'm super lazy to carry my kayak lol
after that did catching on sea
we're like the first pair to catch jill
haha so honoured
then we went to build our raft
available materials were like
8 pipes
4 barrels
16 ropes
then we build it
tested it
STEADY LARH!
then went rafting and met PM Lee
haha heard that our faces was on the news somemore
then rafted to camp 1 with watch tenzing
reached after like almost 2 hours
then at camp 1 we played a ZOOM game thing which was like so fun
got the puzzle solved rather quickly
then took our watch photo
have to take many times because the picture is like so lblur
then after that it was lights out at 11 pm
day 3 - Togtether We Will
woke up at 5 thirty
had high elements
we were supposed to do the inverse tower thing
but end up it rained heavily
so only 4 people attempted it
then went indoors to do the snakes and ladders plus the logs thing
jill's condition was
1/3 = 1 minute of free time
2/3 = 2 minutes of free time
3/3 = 3 minutes of free time
end up we accumulated 65 minutes :D
after that we trekked back to camp 2 in the rain
with out ponchos and life vests and back packs and food and tents and stuff
reached within 20 minutes
by right it's supposed to take us half an hour
WOOTS
then we should have some kayaking to ubin villlage or something
but end up it was category 1 so we didnt
slacked outside amundsen store house for like 3 hours mans
then went to bathe
and had our sea expedition briefing
and slept in the MPH
the best night ever haha
lights out time was changed to 10 pm as there's seriously nothing for us to do
day 4 - Nothing is Impossible
woke up at like 5 fifteen
gathered at 5 fifty to do PT
then 6 thirty we were off for our sea ex
it was damn damn damn tiring but we made it through the whole 16 km
we were super happt when we finally stepped onto solid ground sia
haha i saw a very cute jellyfish by the way
after that had our bath and dinner and pitched tents
my arms are literally dead larh
then had our night walk
first half was like group walk
kind of freaky
then suddenly stop in the middle of nowhere
and we were asked to turn and number off
then had it was solo walk
super scary larh
but it turned out to be so lame

then trekked back down
the walk was cut short because we had no time
then lights out at 11 pm as usual
day 5 - back to reality
we had very fun PT
haha then clearing up and checking of store
lost quite alot of stuff and end up all 16 of us had to pay 1 buck and 40 cents each
then did some shopping
i bought 3 shirts
then had our reflection thing
must say happiest moment saddest moment and one take away experience
super emo larh
everyone was so saddddddddddddd
and then formed an amundsen web
jill cut it away
yupp even sadderrrrrrrr
then did our commitment activity
quite sad also
then went to gather to have final debrief
had our ice cream during that
and we were told a story lorh
the title is I WANT TO GO HOME
then they asked if we're ready to do so
many said no larh
we were like so sad
then at the jetty my whole mind was like filled with
oh mans there wont be any more amundsen after this
then the ferry came
and we alighted at punggol jetty
hweleng and jasline were like waiting for us in the rain haha
then me and hweleng and jasline and weiming and kelvin went to have lunch
by right supposed to go for traiing after that
but couldnt make it in time
so went back home instead
